This project involved removing a central load-bearing brick wall to merge an outdated partitioned kitchen and dining room into a unified, open-concept luxury layout. Using premium materials including Calacatta marble countertops and customized solid oak framing.

Merging structural spans without support pillars and routing mechanical venting invisibly.

Inserting a 22-foot structural steel I-beam flush with the ceiling frame, and custom routing exhaust vents through the joists.
